When AffiniPay was founded, many associations were just beginning to consider credit card acceptance and online payments for the first time. For many groups, the move from spreadsheets and mailed-in dues was a major adjustment. AffiniPay is proud to have partnered with thousands of organizations in their transition to a modern payment solution.

Over the last 13 years, our team has gained valuable experience and knowledge regarding payment best practices, popular association management platforms, and other unique nuances that come with running a professional organization. In addition, we’ve build a proprietary payment system that exceeds all standard security requirements, ensuring our associations and their members are protected. This combination of technology and experience has made us one of the leading payment companies in the association industry.

Tom is a career growth business leader, having led multiple businesses as CEO and President. As CEO at AffiniPay, he is responsible for guiding all channels and working across all teams and departments to take growth at AffiniPay to the next level.

John is responsible for the company’s business development activities including integrated partnerships, corporate development, and other strategic initiatives. John also collaborates with the various AffiniPay departments to seamlessly and efficiently execute the company’s vision.

Teri leads the company's product and platform strategy, guiding a team that is dedicated to building and shipping the right products. Her team is also responsible for collecting and prioritizing customer feedback and delivering that to the technology team to ensure customers have a great experience with our product.

Christian serves as the company's chief financial officer, overseeing all accounting and finance activities and team members. He brings more than 20 years of experience in the payments industry to the team.

Greg Haney is VP of Operations at AffiniPay and brings 24 years of experience in electronic payments and banking operations to the company. Greg is responsible for scaling and optimizing operational efficiencies to ensure clients are provided with the best product and experience possible.

Greg leads our talented in-house software development team. His team created our proprietary AffiniPay application, which provides a modern, simple, and user-friendly interface developed specifically for professional services industries.

James is responsible for the architecture of AffiniPay's platform and applications. For the past 19 years, he has specialized in building large scale, mission critical software for the telecommunications and financial services spaces, where security and data privacy are of paramount importance.

Erin and her team oversees the financial and accounting functions for AffiniPay. Erin also serves as the company’s People Resources Director. In this role, she ensures the members of our team uphold the high quality and standard of service you have come to expect from AffiniPay.

Stephen leads the solutions engineering team at AffiniPay. His team communicates directly with our users to discover their unique payment needs and build custom solutions that allow them to process payments in the applications and workflows they prefer.

Tracey leads our Affinity Programs team, creating and promoting AffiniPay member benefits programs to national, state, and local associations. Tracey’s team supports more than 150 partnerships and endorsements, and works closely with our events team to coordinate more than 200 events every year.

Janelle is tasked with maintaining our high quality customer service experience for new and existing clients. Her role is focused on customer communication strategies, ensuring that all client needs are met in a friendly, timely, and professional manner.

Mike leads the support team to ensure your association has an exceptional AffiniPay experience. This group includes: New Client Services, Technical Support, and Payment Card Industry (PCI) Compliance. The support team is currently responsible for over 50,000 clients and growing every day.

Amber works hand in hand with all departments throughout the company to drive revenue and growth. In addition, she leads the AffiniPay account management team who consult and advise new clients on the AffiniPay Solution.

With 39 years of law practice and Board Certifications in Civil Trial and Civil Appellate Law, Claude serves as an industry liaison and our director of education. In addition, he is past Chair of the Texas Board of Legal Specialization as well as the Texas Center for Legal Ethics and Professionalism.

Amanda supports our partners to create additional value through AffiniPay's integrated solutions. Her efforts drive key strategic initiatives and ensure all partnerships are successful for both the organization and our mutual clients with regards to marketing, end user support, and technology.

Lance leads the creative strategy for AffiniPay, working with a team of designers, writers, and marketing pros to create brand value for all stakeholders. He brings nearly 20 years of experience to this role, along with a track record for delivering results through integrated campaigns.

Dustin is responsible for leading CPACharge's overall go-to-market strategy, including marketing, sales, event, education and partnership initiatives. Dustin works collaboratively across all CPACharge teams to ensure alignment with the brand's messaging and growth goals.

Abby leads our marketing events team, managing a calendar of over 200 live events across multiple brands. Her team fosters a unique presence at each event to increase brand awareness and maintain growth. She is also tasked with planning all internal events, including the company's quarterly and annual meetings.

Amy is responsible for all aspects of talent acquisition, including the implementation and support of competitive compensation and benefits packages. She also oversees employee development, and handles all matters involving employee relations.

Jill leads our team of creative professionals and develops the visual strategy for AffiniPay. Her team works across the organization to support all initiatives, develop marketing collateral and drive brand awareness.

Amy leads a team of MarCom professionals responsible for developing communication strategies and creating content for a variety of short and long-form projects. Her team works across the organization on internal and external initiatives, developing thought leadership and marketing collateral to increase awareness, lead generation, and adoption.

Scott leads the Demand Generation team at Affinipay. His customer-centric approach to marketing allows him to find new ways to engage with potential customers where they consume media as well as accelerate pipeline growth as the company continues to become a leader in the payments industry.

Melissa joined the LawPay team in 2009 and works with clients and potential clients to help them manage payments and grow revenue in their firms. In 2019, she was appointed as a member of the PDAC committee for the Association of Legal Administrators.
